BLUEBERRY CAKES

I have always been passionate about cake design and decorating and have made numerous cakes for friends, family and work colleagues over the years. My first wedding cake was for my own wedding many years ago. After attending a sugarcraft exhibition at Jewel and Esk Valley College I was blown away by what could be achieved in sugar and inspired to develop my skills further. Over the next few years I completed several City & Guilds courses at the college. Following a career in financial services, in 2012 I set up Blueberry cakes turning my passion into a business... We are a family business set up in 2012 and based in the south of Edinburgh run by award-winning cake designer Lynne Gray. Lynne personally designs, bakes and decorates our delicious cakes to order using only fresh ingredients such as real butter, free range eggs, fresh fruit and citrus zest. We do not use artificial flavourings to make sure your cake tastes as good as it looks.
