Ben Chibnall joined Bowhouse in early 2022, Ben was brought on to help oversee the operations of both practices, he works closely with the principal dentist, practice managers and associates. Ben's role includes overseeing areas of finance, looking after new patients, implementing new business strategies and overall supporting both practices to make sure the patient journey is delivered with the highest standards.
Debbie started working at Bowhouse in 2019. Over the years Debbie has become an invaluable team member taking her from part time to full time. She has the ability to calm patients and make them feel at home. Debbie works between both sites and works closely with the principal dentist.

Dr Ed Bottrill qualified from Cardiff Dental School. Since graduating, he has worked in general practice and moved into private practice in 2020. Since arriving at Bowhouse, Ed has gained a loyal patient base with a reputation for being an honest, relaxed, and approachable dentist.
Dr Ed Bottrill gained the prestigious MFDS qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians of Glasgow in 2021. In 2023 Ed achieved a postgraduate diploma in restorative dentistry with world-renowned cosmetic dentist Dr Monik Vasant, for which he received a national award for the best diploma case.
Dr Bottrill uses cutting-edge digital technology to restore teeth, orthodontically move teeth and create beautiful smiles. His focus is on minimal invasive dentistry using the latest composite bonding techniques and Cerec digital technologies.
Edward graduated from Dundee University in 1998 and has since built up an extensive experience in all aspects of dental care. After spending time working as a maxillo-facial surgery house officer in hospitals in and around Bristol, Edward furthered his knowledge and gained the highly respected MFDS qualification awarded from the royal college of surgeons, Edinburgh in 2004.

Dr Gerard Balague graduated as a dentist from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (Spain) in 2005.
Gerard helps our patients who have severe gum and bone problems and has a very gentle caring manner.

Dr Pithwa graduated from Dundee University in 2018 with a first class Honours Degree in Dental Surgery. He is also a certified Invisalign Provider (leading clear aligner system) as well as a Facial Aesthetics clinician.
Dr Pithwa remains up to date with the latest techniques in minimally invasive dentistry to ensure that all of his patients receive the best care possible.
Dr Pithwa has a keen interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, providing patients with aesthetic smile makeovers through the use of whitening, composite bonding, porcelain veneers and crowns.
Seeing a dentist can be quite daunting to some patients, however Dr Pithwa's compassionate & gentle approach is apparent all the way through from the initial consultation to the after care. He strives to provide bespoke treatment plans tailored to each individuals needs whilst ensuring that each treatment option has been carefully considered. He ensures that patients have a positive experience by putting patient comfort at the forefront of his care. Rest assured that when you see Dr Pithwa you will have time to discuss, think through and weigh up every option and solution before you make your choice.
Dr Kiran believes that dentistry can have a huge positive impact on the confidence for an individual. Having the ability to provide patients with a beautiful and healthy smile is truly rewarding experience.
He has won several awards during his time at Dundee Dental School as well as regularly mentoring younger dentists.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling the world, keeping fit at the gym as well as playing football.
Marta obtained her Bachelor degree in dentistry from the international Univesity of Catalonia(Barcelona) in 2005. In 2007, she also completed an MSc in Endodontics after two years post-graduate study in Barcelona.
Marta`s treatment is purely limited to Endodontics (root canal treatment) and invests all her time and education in this area, regularly attending and speaking at national and international congresses.
She has been accepting referrals from other dentists for many years and is well known and respected in London and the surrounding area.
Married with two children, Marta enjoys family life and is an excellent cook.
Michael is enthusiastic about cosmetic and restorative dental procedures, and their overlap with the digital aided dentistry available at bow house. Moreover, Dr Ellis has completed a research project comparing the accuracy of digital intraoral scanners with conventional mould taking techniques. He also regularly completes further postgraduate training courses regarding orthodontics, cosmetics and restorative dentistry to continuously develop professionally.

As part of his training Morteza has gained Distinction in highly prestigious Master of Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics (UCL).
During his training he has won multiple awards such the British Society of Restorative Dentistry's Gary Pollock and Research Poster awards.
He has since gained Membership in Prosthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Morteza has experience in treatment of complex cases, Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. His clinical and research interests include aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry utilising modern approaches in dentistry.
Morteza is a Senior Teaching Fellow at world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute, UCL. He is involved in training postgraduate dentists and has presented at local and national levels. He is a council member and treasurer of The British Society of Restorative Dentistry.
Morteza provides the best personalised care for each patient using evidence base and latest techniques available.
Ellie is our trainee nurse; she is very hard working and has taken to the dental industry very well. She quickly become a valuable team member offering support to our nurses and dentists. Ellie is not far from qualifying and we can't wait to see her growth.
Holly heads up the implant clinic at Bow house and is a highly trained and experienced nurse working alongside Edward for over 15 years.
Holly is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dental care and can help patients when discussing treatment and their options.
Apart from Dentistry Holly loves her little miniature sausage dog called 'Dudley'.
Richard has been with Bowhouse since day one and has been an integral part of the growth that Bowhouse has seen. Richard has a passion for people which makes him the perfect practice manager, he truly goes the extra smile for his patients and team. Richard makes patients feel instantly relaxed, he truly has a talent with people. Richard's role also includes looking after the finances, mentoring his staff and helping with compliance.
Richard has been working at Bow House for over a year as Practice Manager. He is responsible along with his team to putting on a dazzling show of care and entertainment for the patients, even the most nervous patients that attend are transformed in to enjoying a visit to the dentist.
Shelina Khimji has worked with us since 2021 qualified as a dental hygienist in Switzerland. Since then, she has worked in private practice offering the highest possible quality of dental hygiene. Shelina works at the Berkhamsted practice three days a week.

Wendy Darby joined the practice in late 2021, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her having been in the dental industry for many years. Wendy manages our Berkhamsted practice, and she is also the compliance officer for both sites. Wendys role includes managing the compliance for both Tring and Berkhamsted, managing staff and offering support/mentoring, and most importantly looking after our patients, making sure that they are receiving the highest standard of care.
