Brighton Hill Pre-School was originally set up in 1973 in the hall of Brighton Hill Community School. We moved premises in 2001 to the Baptist church and then moved in 2004 to what was the early years unit of Beechdown school. The preschool has its own grounds with canopies to accommodate all weathers. Our garden comprises of zoned areas with a mud kitchen, bug hotel, a pirate ship and an area for the children to ride their bikes, trikes and scooters among other things. Inside we have two bright playrooms. The Ladybird room which caters for 2 year olds and the Bumble Bee room for the 3-4 year olds, all with equipment chosen to meet the needs of all children... During their time with us we aim to enhance the development of each child. We aim to provide a safe, secure, stimulating and above all fun setting to ensure that your child's first experience of education is a positive one, resulting in a confident transition to mainstream school...
