Dr. Paul Convery is a consultant and healthcare executive with experience in Quality and Process Improvement; Physician engagement; Physician Leadership Development and Organizational Strategy in large healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical groups.
He has successfully worked with, coached and mentored multiple physician executive leaders who currently hold positions in some of the leading healthcare organizations in the country.
Paul Convery is a Clinical Professor of Healthcare Leadership and Management at the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas Dallas.
He was previously the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, Texas from 2006 until 2013. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of SSM Health Care - St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri from 1999 to 2006. He also served as President of two SSM Hospitals in the St. Louis market.
Prior to that, Paul Convery served as Chairman of The St. Louis Medical Group and President/Medical Director of Southwest Medical Center, both large multispecialty groups in St. Louis. Dr. Convery is a Board Certified Internist who practiced Internal Medicine for over twenty years.

John J. Nance is one of America's most dynamic professional speakers. John J. John J. Nance, a native Texan who grew up in Dallas, holds a Bachelor's Degree from SMU and a Juris Doctor from SMU School of Law and is a licensed attorney. Named Distinguished Alumni of SMU for 2002, he is also a decorated Air Force pilot veteran of Vietnam and Operations Desert Storm/Desert Shield and a Lt. Kathleen Bartholomew is a member of the Burroughs Healthcare Consulting Network. She speaks and consults on innovative leadership in the face of healthcare reform, leading a patient safety culture and nursing leadership.
Kathleen is an internationally known speaker and consultant who uses the power of story and her strong background in sociology to study the healthcare culture. She is the author of Speak Your Truth: Proven Strategies for Effective Nurse-Physician Communication and Ending Nurse-to-Nurse Hostility. Kathleen utilized her clinical experience as nurse manager of a 57-bed surgical unit to raise awareness of, and provide groundbreaking research on, horizontal violence and physician-nurse communication.

Ken Mack is the President of Ken Mack and Associates in Cleveland, Ohio.
He has assisted over 600 healthcare clients in a wide-range of physician integration efforts. These include joint ventures, clinical institutes, physician relationship management, employed medical groups, physician groups, LLC's and both executive and physician coaching.
Ken Mack's client list is extensive and includes health providers like Stanford and Scripps Medical Centers, The Cleveland Clinic, Northwestern Medical Center, Hospital Corporation of America and Urology San Antonio.
He is the author of two books and has published numerous articles on the subject of successful physician integration. Michael R. Callahan has been a practicing health care attorney for 30 years, assisting hospital, health system and medical staff clients on a variety of healthcare legal issues. His expertise and advice include accountable care organizations, patient safety organizations, health care antitrust, HIPAA and regulatory compliance, accreditation matters, general corporate, medical staff credentialing and hospital/medical staff relations.
Michael R. Callahan is recognized for his experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry. Mr. Callahan has been a past member of the Steering Committee of the Hospital and Physicians Relations Committee of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys (AAHA) and Chairperson of its Joint Venture Task Force, as well as two separate Task Forces of the AAHA and the Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association examining the Health Care Quality Improvement Act.
