The desire for technical innovation coupled with his commitment to technology and the strong belief that consumers prefer superior high performance lubricant oil products, drove Clancy Ng to mould the business into Hi-Tech Car-Care Marketing Sdn Bhd (HTCCM) on 21st April 2000.
