Atilio Araujo

Professional Experience He is a lawyer with a Master's Degree in Commercial Law, with academic training in Finance, Business and Reinsurance. He began his corporate life in 1997, joining the Legal Department of an insurance company in Venezuela, acquiring the position of Corporate Legal Vice President of such insurance company and other regulated business units of the financial group in that country, having among his functions, the direction of the corporate - regulatory legal operation, of the fiduciary and surety operations of this entity, placing it in the first places of the national ranking in that activity. He has been a lecturer on insurance law issues, and a writer of articles in books and insurance magazines. From 2011 to 2015, through his Law Firm, he assisted and provided legal advice to a regional newspaper, the regional union representation of insurers, insurance companies, reinsurers, insurance and reinsurance brokers, in technical incidences of underwriting and indemnities for claims of losses in all branches. Since 2016 from Panama, he has held the position of Director of a reinsurance broker company, being part of Associate Surety of an important A (Excellent) AM Best Rated Reinsurer, surety consultant of reinsurance brokers and advisor in structuring international fiduciary guarantee operations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Priority Reinsurance Brokers Inc., is a member of the Board of Directors of Central Financiera de Créditos, S.A. and Member of the Board of Directors of Priority Parametric Consultants, LLC.

Guillermo Clark Cano

Guillermo Clark Cano graduated in Banking and Finance from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT) in 2001. He completed studies in Senior Management, and later a Master's Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Business Management at the Universidad Latina de Panama. He holds a degree in Banking from Santa Maria la Antigua University and a degree in Insurance, General Insurance from INTEC in collaboration with the Superintendence of Insurance and Reinsurance of Panama. He began his career in 1986 at Banco Comercial de Panama (BANCOMER). Subsequently at Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, S.A. (BICSA), serving among other positions as Credit Analyst, Business Executive, Financial Leasing Executive, and Legal Representative of BICSA Valores, until 2006. From 2006-2010 he held the position of General Manager of Mundial Factoring, and from 2010-2011 as General Manager and President Director of Factoring & Finance Corp. In 2011 he started as Business Manager at BICSA, and from 2013 to date he has been Country Manager of Panama at the same Bank. Additionally, he is responsible for the activities of BICSA Fiduciaira, Bicsa Factoring, and serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Bicsa Capital.

Education: He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnología (1995). He has a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law (2002), a Master's Degree in Business Law (2003) and a second Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnología (2014). Additionally, he obtained a Real Estate Broker License through UNACOBIN. Experience: He has been mainly dedicated to Administration and Management. Within his early work experience, we can mention his role as Purchasing Manager, Manager and Supervisor in different companies in Colon Free Zone such as: Invader International, Yaveka International and Esprit. He has held management positions such as Marketing Manager in A.A. Alpha Bienes Raíces (1992), Manager Director at Cajir, S.A. (1992 - 2002), Manager of Repossessed Goods (1999-2003), Executive Administration Manager (2003-2004), Leasing Manager (2004-2005) at Caja de Ahorros, Collection Manager at Hipotecaria Metrocredit (2005-2009) and Executive Administration Manager at Caja de Ahorros. We also mention his experience as Advisor in Metroempeños, S.A. (1994-2004) and Financiera Hipotecaria MetroCredit, S.A. (1994-present).

Maria Elena Sucre de Arosemena

Maria Elena Sucre de Arosemena is a medical doctor, graduated in 1989 from the School of Medicine at the University of Panama. After finishing her medical residency requirements, she completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Louisville University. 1991 - 2009: Held various positions focused on the growth and restructuring of marketing and sales programs for: Novartis, Schering Plough, Revlon, Grupo Tzanetatos, Kimberly Clark and Dell. Her responsibilities included the development of the sales force and their particular markets and the establishment of visibility and product placement policies and standards. She also worked on the enhancement of branding by improving packaging and international sales and revamping all aspects in the sales and merchandising of business lines, obtaining excellent results. María Elena de Arosemena has worked for several charities, such as Kiwanis and Fundación Pro-Niñez. She has also been part of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities ("RMHC") for over 10 years. Spearheaded fund-raising efforts for the construction of the house in Panama and has pledged resources for the ongoing operation since its opening. Participates in maintaining relations between the RMHC and government entities, as well as other community associations and individuals that provide support to the charity. Mauricio de la Guardia Linares has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. He has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry where he has held relevant positions in the area. Since 1995 to date, he has worked at Compañía Internacional de Seguros, S.A. where he currently holds the position of Executive President of the company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (C.C.I.A.P.) where he has served as Vice President and Secretary of the association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Panamanian Association of Insurers (APADEA) where he currently holds the position of Director. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Languages Spanish / English.
