HI, My name is Greg Moody and I am the Talent Coordinator of the Colorado Country Music Association. As Talent Coordinator, I Locate people to bring in the State-Wide Competition along with my Co-Worker Julie Mckissack
Misty Dawn founded the Colorado Country Music Association in 1999 and joined the National Organization out of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. She started the State-Wide talent competition to help state-wide talent get an opportunity to perform for local venues and sometimes out of state venues. Her competition begins with 3 years old to 90 years old. We have performers compete from all over the state, as well as out of state performers who pay to be a member of CCMA. SHe been in the music business most of my life so I have a great love for music and for people.
Misty enjoys promoting new talent and talent that has been with CCMA for 17 years. "Our competition is more like having a family reunion because all members have formed a strong bond with each other. I'm known as Sister, Mom, and Grandma to the performers."
