Located in simply modest rented office space in Yishun, Chee Yam Contractor (Sole-Proprietorship) was founded back in 1983. As a sub-contractor, it was involved in projects such as construction of Pedestrian Overhead Bridge in Toa Payoh Lorong 1 and the construction of then Toa Payoh Interchange. Chee Yam Contractor Pte Ltd was later incorporated on 18th May 1988 as a construction and civil engineering company... One of our beliefs through our experience is "doing it right the first time".
