Natalia Segura is our our Bilingual Coordinator and teaches Spanish and English as a Second Language (ESL). She is from Bogotá,Colombia and has lived in the U.S. for 11 years. She got her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies at Northeastern University and Masters in World Language Education and her Bilingual and ESL Endorsements at DePaul. She is very passionate about Latin American history and social justice and constantly includes this in her curriculum.

I am going into my fifth year working at Community Links High School. I was fortunate to get to start working at CLHS as a coach and a year later I was able to come onto the staff full time supporting our amazing diverse learner team. Søren Frank Kyale is a math and physics teacher with a M.A.T. in Teaching Physical Science. Søren worked hard to ace Calculus II and III at UIC. And, to pursue interest in machine learning, he took Database Organization at IIT over the summer of 2018. Søren enjoys encouraging students to seek advanced degrees through funded research opportunities.
