Eyoub Khan

Eyoub Khan completed his early schooling with emphasis in the Sciences and went on to study Mathematics and Literature at Delhi University graduating in 1967. An early interest in Transportation Design led to a General Motors scholarship to attend the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Eyoub graduated in 1972 with Honors in Industrial Design, specializing in Transportation Systems. He went on to complete his MBA from West Coast University in 1979. The years following his graduation prepared him to explore the possibilities of his creative thinking in the fields of architecture and interior design. Eyoub worked for architects and industrial designers in Southern California and established a network of clients that included the Walt Disney Company, CalTrans, and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace. This network finally motivated Eyoub to start Conceptual Design Group in 1983. CDG has received three PCBC "Gold Nugget" awards for Excellence in Design. Imagination, Education and Experience have synthesized to form a powerful team of professionals that are capable of undertaking the most challenging projects of the 21st Century. Eyoub Khan became a citizen of the United States in 1985 and now resides in Southern California. He has published several papers on the future of transportation systems, human factors in space flight and the positive role of entertainment as an educational medium for future generations. Professional affiliations include a membership in the Industrial Designers Society of America and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

Iskander Abdulla

Iskander Abdulla has more than thirty years of experience in the coordination, administration, management of engineering services on a wide range of projects in the United States and overseas. In addition to his experience in Quantity Surveying, Mr. Abdulla has participated in Value Engineering, Cost Estimating and Cost Management on many projects. Mr. Abdulla is a civil engineer and is often invited to lecture on Advanced Estimating and Bidding at California State University in Long Beach. Iskander Associates was established in 1988 and is an association of professionals providing cost consulting and scheduling services for the construction industry. Their expertise covers private, civic, institutional and military projects. Iskander Associates provides the essential information clients use to coordinate and manage the construction process. The professional engineers at Iskander Associates have accumulated this knowledge over many years of experience in the construction industry. Since its inception, the company has provided pre-construction services that include Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantities, Value Engineering, Construction Reviews, Project and Construction Scheduling.

Jan Sircus

Jan Sircus was Senior Vice President of Creative Development at Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), leading teams developing new product for Theme Parks and Urban Entertainment. He was the Executive Producer and Creative Director for "Disney Studios" Paris, and the Executive Creative Director responsible for the concept design of the Disneyland theme park in Hong Kong; a total of more than $1 billion of international creative development. During more than twelve years at WDI, Jan also headed up the Location Based Entertainment Group, developing new urban entertainment products for other Disney Business Units (Club Disney, Disney Quest, Disney Stores, etc.), and investigating related on-line opportunities.

Masum Azizi

Masum Azizi was educated at the Department of Architecture, Kabul University in Afghanistan. After his graduation in 1978, he went on to complete his post-graduate studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark. Masum has over 20 years of management and technical experience in all phases of architecture including planning, construction, and environmental and historical preservation. He has practiced architecture in the US since 1980 and has directed the environmental and historical preservation efforts of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Office of Emergency Services (OES). In 1997, Masum was given the California Historic Preservation award for his work on the restoration of the Powel Library at UCLA. Before moving to California, Masum worked in Atlanta with one of the leading architectural firms doing work on Golf Course Clubhouses. He has designed some of the most prestigious Clubhouses on the PGA circuit. Masum Azizi is a Licensed Architect in the State of the Georgia and the State of California.

Richard Ford

Richard Ford began his career in 1969 when he was selected to participate in a management training program at Disneyland. When Walt Disney World opened in 1972, he was transferred to park operations. Later, he joined Disney Imagineering in California to participate in the design, planning and construction of EPCOT in Florida. After completing his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Richard joined LucasFilm at the Project Manager for the Skywalker Ranch - George Lucas's film production and resort facility in Northern California. Richard's experience includes the design and management of major international projects in Japan, Germany, Korea, Mexico, France and China. He has also worked on large-scale attractions for major corporations such as Coca-Cola North America, Old Navy, Volkswagen AG, Sanrio Corporation, Samsung and the San Francisco Giants. Over the last 35 years he has worked on projects for Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland California, LucasFilm Ltd, Landmark Entertainment Group and The Exploratorium Science Museum in San Francisco. In 1997, Richard collaborated with Gerard Howland to form The Floating Company that designed the German Pavilion for Expo 2000 in Hanover and Paul Allen's "Experience Music" Project in Seattle. Richard Ford provides comprehensive consulting services for the design, planning and project management of major theme parks and resorts all over the world. Recently he has developed master plans and completed development studies for three major projects in China, the Calgary Stampede, Levi Strauss & Co and the San Francisco Giants.
