At Reflexions Counselling and Psychotherapy we focus upon short and long term counselling and psychotherapy. Although we work on the basis that one session is on occassions what it takes to get "fixed", a 6 week programme of therapy can often be sufficient. The deeper the issue, the longer it generally takes. We use an integrative model which means that the we match the therapy to you. The actual process of therapy with us is straight forward: after discussing your situation with you we agree a plan of action (usually six weeks). When you have reached the end of your plan, you then decide whether you have got to where you wanted and achieved your goals or whether you want to continue. We do not promise "quick fix" cures as counselling and psychotherapy involve effort and commitment by you.
