I first became seriously interested in psychology around 1990 and since then, in addition to my main counselling training, have over the years engaged in a varied and substantial amount of individual and group work. This includes 3 years in an eating disorder group, 3 years in a psychodrama group and 5 years in an analytical group. I worked for 7 years as counsellor and group facilitator for Barnet Carers. I have engaged in over 7 years of my own personal counselling and therapy and am regularly involved in various CPD activities including ongoing groups and peer work... Although my main training is in person centred counselling, my therapeutic approach is an integration of all my training, CPD and personal experience I have engaged in over many years.
