DC SERVICES was founded in 1988 by Charles Richards. We have been family owned and operated ever since. Our company has been servicing the decks and apartment community for over twenty years. We take pride in the fact that we have been one of the few companies in Orange County that provides magnesite repair and installation of decks and stairs. We decided to propriortize our own deck coating system "PermaDek" which was a better quality multi-layering deck system. It requires less maintenance, and provides better protection on decks.
