Andreea brought eight years of experience in logistical and administrative coordination to her position in a film production company. Since 2018, she is a full-time member of deFilm, providing essential ground support for all the productions that the company is engaged in. Her responsibilities include assistance and coordination of administrative, operational, and financial aspects of the projects and company.

Cristina is a creative documentary producer and director whose educational background consists of a BA in Cinematography at "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca and a DocNomads MA in Documentary Directing completed in Portugal, Hungary, and Belgium. She further enhanced her expertise becoming an alumna of Emerging Producers, Berlinale Talents and Aristoteles Workshop to meanwhile meet international recognition for her works as a director. Her first feature-length documentary "A Rifle and a Bag" was awarded Special Mention of the Jury in the Bright Future Competition at the 2020 Rotterdam IFF and Pardino D'oro for Best International Short at 2017 Locarno Festival for "Antonio and Catarina". In 2022, Cristina joined deFilm's production team overseeing the production of documentary projects.
Cătălina graduated with a BA in film directing at "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca and a MA in Film Production at UNATC ‘I.L. Caragiale' in Bucharest. During her studies, she gained experience mostly as executive producer for multiple short films, while also participating at Film+ program, Transilvania Talent Lab and CineLink Producers' Lab. Her latest short was officially selected in the 53rd edition of Rotterdam IFF. Currently at deFilm, she works on the company's slate of projects in the development stage.

Ioana graduated with a BA in Cinematography from "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca, MA in Film Production from UNATC ‘I.L. Caragiale' in Bucharest and is an Associate Professor in charge of the Film Production & Marketing classes at "Babes-Bolyai" University. She's been producing at deFilm since 2014 and her portfolio includes shorts, animations, documentaries, and features selected in acclaimed festivals like Venice, Locarno, San Sebastian, Karlovy-Vary, IDFA. Ioana is alumna of several programs including EAVE Producers Workshop, EAVE Marketing, MIDPOINT Series, EWA Series Accelerator, CEE Animation Workshop, APostLab.
Radu Stancu graduated film production, editing and sound design at UNATC ‘I.L. Caragiale' in Bucharest. He's member of ACE Producers Network, alumnus of EAVE Producers Workshop, EAVE Ties That Bind, EAVE Marketing Workshop and selected for Producer on the Move Cannes 2023. He has been involved in an array of cinematic productions, short and feature-length, ranging from fiction or animation to documentary, that were presented and awarded in major international festivals and markets while connecting collaborators and partners from Europe, Asia, or Latin America. He participated in various policy-making groups affiliated with the Romanian Ministry of Culture, representing the audio-visual sector, and played a key role in initiating and leading a group of film professionals dedicated to revising the National Cinematography Law.

Ramona followed a film production and distribution career that took off as part of HBO Romania team working closely with marketing, PR, and original production departments. In 2015 she moved to independent film production, advancing to executive and development producer roles. Her portfolio includes a wide range of productions directed by established Romanian directors whose projects are internationally acclaimed. She widened her abilities to film distribution, managing festival world premieres and national theatrical releases for most of the features in her filmography. Starting 2020 she's a permanent collaborator at deFilm overseeing the marketing and distribution processes for the company's projects.
Vlad started his professional career as cinematographer after completing his studies at Northern Film School, Leeds Beckett University, and FAMU, Prague. With a versatile skill set and a talent for bringing stories to life on screen, he transitioned to production which allowed him to thrive in various areas, including TV, commercials, and films. His latest feature projects received recognition at prominent film festivals like Berlin, Sarajevo or Warsaw. In his current position at deFilm he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from pre-production to budgeting and cash rebate to post-production.
