Since joining the FSA/HRA/132 Claims Department team in 2017, Dayna Willson has continuously proven herself to be a valuable asset to the Diversified Administration family. As the Senior Client Advocate for the department, she is responsible for ensuring that team members are working cohesively to produce the best possible experience for our clients on all levels; employee, employer, and broker.
She strives each day to deliver the personal attention that every participant and employer group requires to address their distinct needs. Dayna's attention to detail and her dedication to educating brokers, employers, and employees about their benefits are why her customer satisfaction levels are through the roof.
With 3 years of COBRA experience at Diversified Administration, Hermes Garcia has also proven himself to be a valuable member of our FSA/HRA Department. Having taken a leading role in our Implementation and Renewals Team, he helps ensure employer groups have a seamless open enrollment experience.
Hermes' attention to detail greatly contributes to the department's efficiency, by constantly evaluating current processes and suggesting alternatives. Leveraging his strong bilingual skills and heritage from the Dominican Republic, he is able to assist participants, whether they speak English or Spanish. Judi Savage is a Client Advocate in the FSA/HRA Department at Diversified Administration, Inc. Judi processes our participants' claims and provides them assistance in resolving claim related issues. Judi is also involved in improving the department's efficiency by constantly evaluating current processes and suggesting alternatives.
Having lived in Mexico City for 20 years and growing up in Quito, Ecuador, her strong bilingual skills allow her to assist participants whether they speak English or Spanish.
Judi has extensive training and experience in sales and management, which allows her to provide assistance and support in other departments, such as COBRA.

Lizz Cufari, Vice President of IRS and DOL Compliance, is responsible for all ACA and Form 5500 filings done here at Diversified Administration, Inc. She oversees interactions with insurance brokers and employers as they gather the necessary information to file accurate and timely Form 5500s with the DOL. She also helps the team guide clients through the steps necessary to complete their Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare) Reporting to the IRS. Lizz is your best point of contact for ERISA Plan Documents and assistance in resolving IRS penalty letters.
Lizz has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Management with a concentration in finance. She also has an Associate Degree of Science in Legal Studies which was heavily utilized while working as a Paralegal. She has previously served in the US Army, worked in the legal field, and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Magdalena (Maggie) Littleton has been making impactful contributions as a Bilingual COBRA Client Advocate at Diversified Administration since 2022. With an impressive 30-year history in customer care and leadership roles, Maggie brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Mirja is Diversified Administration's Senior Bilingual IRS & DOL Compliance Advocate. In this capacity, she is well versed in the Form 5500 reporting requirements. She uses this knowledge to assist insurance brokers and employers through every step of the process. She also helps enroll late filers into the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program, significantly reducing DOL penalties.
Mirja also assists the FSA Department's Enrollment Team, working closely with employer groups throughout the implementation and onboarding processes. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a Certification in Customer Relationship Management, and almost 22 years of international customer service experience, Mirja is an incredibly valuable member of our team.

Nickolaus Medina is a COBRA Client Advocate at Diversified Administration. He specializes in enthusiastically providing exceptional customer care, while ensuring COBRA compliance. With almost a decade of customer service under his belt and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida International University, he is equipped to resolve any questions you may have. Nickolaus has perfected the art of delivering legendary customer service, while keeping clients compliant with all applicable COBRA regulations. Besides ensuring COBRA compliance, Nickolaus' problem-solving skills and energetic demeanor ensure that every phone call he has ends with a smile.
Roland Little is a client advocate in the ACA Department at Diversified Administration Inc. Roland assists companies with Forms 1094C and 1095C in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare). A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Roland has served with airlines, cruise lines and publishing houses accumulating over 12 years of data analysis experience.

Susan P. Luskin is the semi-retired director of Diversified Administration, Inc. in Hollywood, Florida. She works with health insurance agents who want to provide more value for their group insurance clients. In addition, Susan works with companies to take the bite out of rising out-of-pocket medical expenses in a way that is easy to implement.
As a nationally published expert in Section 125 Internal Revenue Code issues and other tax advantaged strategies, and more than 35 years of experience to her credit, Susan is the consultant behind hundreds of employers who have increased their bottom line. She has also earned the coveted FLMI, CLU, CEBS, RHU and ChHC designations, and has served as treasurer, program chair and continuing education chair of the Broward Association of Health Underwriters.
