Louis Sheinhite is the owner and founder of Downeast Chimney Sweep. With 27 years of experience, Louis has proudly serviced the greater Boston area. He is a master at his craft, and proficient in chimney sweeping, chimney lining and chimney diagnostics; as well as a strong background in masonry work. He regularly attends chimney seminars to keep up with the latest codes and industry developments. Louis has been a certified chimney professional since 1993 and has built his business around core values such as honesty, integrity and commitment to excellence.
Ross Sheinhite is a 2009 graduate of the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) as a part of the National Chimney Sweep Training School. He is also a 2006 graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, MA with bachelor degree's in Communications and Political Science. Ross has labored for his father for over 12 years and has worked full time since earning his CSIA certification in 2009. He has experience in chimney sweeping, chimney lining, chimney physics and chimney repairs.
