Celia Johnson

Hope joined the firm in 2009 upon graduation from Permian High School and worked as a legal assistant while attending University of Texas of the Permian Basin majoring in English and Psychology. Hope graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2012 and was certified as a paralegal in 2015. At our firm, Hope primarily works on litigation matters. Specifically, she works closely with accident victims in order to seek the maximum recovery for those who have suffered injuries. She and her husband, Seth, are native to Odessa and active members of Sherwood Church of Christ. Away from the office, Hope is a natural artist and relaxes by creating unique arts and crafts and enjoys spending time with Seth and their families. Celia joined the firm in 2021 and is in her final semester pursuing an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Odessa College. Celia will support all areas of the litigation practice with specific focus on working with our injury clients to obtain and maintain medical and billing records. Celia is fluent in Spanish and English and will be able to communicate with all of our clients regarding treatment status updates both verbally and in writing. Celia's paralegal skills will prove beneficial to our litigation team as we to seek maximum recovery for clients who have suffered injuries. Celia and her husband relocated to Odessa from El Paso in 2012 and have 2 boys who are active members of Odessa Christian Faith Center. Away from the office, Celia enjoys spending time with her family and crafts including sewing.

Kim Regester

She and her husband, Seth, are native to Odessa and active members of Sherwood Church of Christ. Hope and Seth welcomed a baby girl in 2021. Hope is a natural artist and relaxes by creating unique arts and crafts in the rare and spare moments not spent with Seth, Mya Grace and their families. Kim joined the firm in 2010 and works as our Case Manager. Kim has valuable experience rooted in organizational skills and has an eye for detail which equips her as an efficient case manager. She works closely with clients including custody, probate, guardianship, and adoption matters as well as scheduling and managing office operations. Kim and her husband, Richard, have been married 30+ years and relocated to West Texas from Southeast Texas in 2005. They enjoy serving the community alongside their church family at Stonegate Fellowship. Away from the office, Kim enjoys baking, quilting, and spending time with her children and grandchildren in the Metroplex.

Samantha Serrano

Away from the office, Celia enjoys spending time with her family and crafts including sewing. Samantha, known to all as Sam, joined the firm at the beginning of 2020. Sam is a Permian High School Graduate and finishing basics at Odessa College before enrolling at UTPB in the fall of 2020 majoring in Marketing and Business. She will be the first face you see upon visiting our firm and voice you hear when calling. Sam works closely with injury cases obtaining and maintaining medical and billing records and confers with clients for treatment status updates. Sam also works closely with criminal clients and the state prosecutors to keep our clients informed from the point of hire to final disposition. She also works to maintain all case files. Away from the office and school, Sam enjoys activities with her family and friends.

Spencer Dobbs

I hold a Bachelor's of Business Administration, as well as a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I was licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in November of 1995. I have practiced law in West Texas since 1996 and in that time have represented thousands of clients on a variety of legal matters before our local courts . For instance, my prior experience includes the successful conclusion of cases involving nursing home negligence, automobile and large truck injury, products liability, premises liability and a host of other cases. On a personal note, my family and I are all West Texas Natives with three generations still living in the area. Cary and I have three children who are all our pride and joy. We are active members of First Baptist Church in Odessa where we first met in Sunday School.
