Ms. Johnson was born in Lanai City, Hawaii. She graduated from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. She then attended Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota where she obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985. Ms. Johnson was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1985 (no longer admitted in Minnesota) and the Florida Bar in 2004. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, a Director of the Family Partnership Center, a local non profit organization, a member of the advisory board at the State College of Florida (SCF) and has taught real property at the State College of Florida as an adjunct professor. While in Minnesota, Ms. Johnson worked at several residential and commercial title companies in abstracting and survey, title commitment, closing and final policy departments. After moving to Florida Ms. Johnson first opened her own title insurance agency and later opened her own solo practice Firm. Ms. Johnson resides in Sarasota, Florida.

A true native, Mr. Jackson was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from Sarasota High School, he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Continuing his education at Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he worked full-time as a litigation paralegal for the Firm, while commuting to Tampa, Florida at night to complete his law degree. In January 2019, he graduated cum laude and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in addition to receiving Certificate of Merit Awards for attaining the highest grades in his Property II and Entertainment Law courses. Mr. Jackson was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2019. Mr. Jackson currently resides in Sarasota and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Sarasota County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. He enjoys weightlifting and fishing offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Moran was born in Ft. Wolters, Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in 1982 and practiced as a CPA before entering Law School. Mr. Moran attended Stetson University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1987. He then attended the University of Florida College of Law, where he obtained his L.L.M. in taxation in 1988. Mr. Moran is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the Florida and United States Tax Courts. He is a member of the Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. He is Past President of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council. Meghan E. Griffin

Ms. Griffin was born and raised in Sebring, Florida. She earned dual degrees in Economics and Sociology from Florida State University in 2020, graduating Summa cum laude. While attending FSU Ms. Griffin participated in Greek life, interned in the United States House and the Senate, and worked for the Florida Governor's Office of Policy and Budget. Ms. Griffin received her Juris Doctorate Degree from The University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2023. During her law school career, Ms. Griffin was a general board member of the John Marshall Bar Association, the President of the Trusts & Estates Legal Society, and the Secretary of Tax Moot Court. Ms. Griffin also coached for, and competed in, multiple Tax Moot Court competitions. Mr. Olson was born in Sioux City, Iowa, in 1954. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 and has practiced since then, primarily in real estate law. Paul received his B.A. from the University of Iowa in 1979, and his Juris Doctorate Degree. from the University of Arkansas in 1982. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts. Mr. Featherstone is originally from Sarasota, Florida. He graduated from Pine View School in 1997, with honors, and then attended the University of Florida graduating in 2001 with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Finance. Mr. Featherstone then attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, completing his last semester of law school at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, as a visiting student. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern in 2005, and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. Mr. Featherstone is a locally born, experienced real estate and business law attorney with a diversified practice focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title analysis and title curing, issuance of title insurance and representation of individual and business entity clients in all aspects of buying, selling, developing, and leasing residential and commercial property. Mr. Featherstone's practice also includes the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of all types of businesses. His services include contract negotiation and drafting, resolving disputes pre-suit, and conducting real estate and business closings. He is also approved counsel for various national and community banks, and is involved in the legal analysis, documentation and closing of secured and unsecured loan transactions. Mr. Carter practiced in Fort Worth, Texas from 1985 until 1992, when he joined the Sarasota County Attorney's Office as an Assistant County Attorney from 1992 through 2000. Mr. Carter is a member of the Florida Bar (Trial Lawyers Section), the State Bar of Texas, Sarasota County Bar Association and the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court. Mr. Carter is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of Florida and within the State of Texas, and is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. While at UNC, Mr. Dunlap was a member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Mr. Dunlap then attended the University of Florida College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1984. While at the University of Florida College of Law, he was a member of the University of Florida Law Review, 1983 - 1984 and authored "Interstate Banking Developments in Florida: Pushing Through Legal Barriers and Toward a Level Playing Field," 9 Nova Law Journal 1, 1984. In 1985 Mr. Dunlap was admitted to the Florida Bar, and he has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer since 1991. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association. He is a past Director of the Sarasota County Bar Association and a past Director of the Home Builders' Association of Sarasota County.
