DuraSystems Computing specializes in programming and technical support of computer systems for regulated businesses. Our largest customers are the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturers. We focus on the computers used on manufacturing equipment, engineering, and inspection. We take pride in our ability to isolate whether the problem is caused by computer software, computer hardware, the machine, operator error, or material variation... The equipment manufacturers know their machines, but we add value with our knowledge of how to program and support the machines in a regulated company's environment. Computerized equipment typically requires integration to the customer's network, backups, upgrades, and data restorations. Afterwards, testing and validation is required. Although we do most programming and configuration with our staff, we also work with the equipment manufacturers, contract programmers, and the customer's IT department.
