EDICA

Edica is a non-profit association governed by Swiss law working to facilitate access to the information society for people in developing countries in order to bridge the digital divide... Edica was founded in 2009 by Catherine Darbellay, a consultant for international organisations, following a mission to Burundi to assist repatriated refugees... Edica's main goal is to support the establishment of computer skills training centres (training, certification, secretariat, Internet café) in developing countries until they become financially and administratively independent.
