Brandon is the Director of Financial Planning at Elios Financial, Inc. He has more than 15+ years of experience in wealth management and investment planning. His main responsibilities include day-to-day client service with primary oversight over their portfolios.
Brandon has extensive experience working with individuals and guiding them through life events including financial independence, retirement planning, investment planning, portfolio construction, income tax planning, and risk management. His prior experience includes time as a Lead Wealth Advisor at a local Registered Investment Advisor, an Investment Consultant in private equity at a leading consulting firm, and as a Lead Investment Analyst responsible for all research coverage for International Funds at a top regional bank.
Brandon is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM (CFP®), a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM (CRPC®). He received his MBA in Finance from Ashland University in 2010 and his BSBA in Finance and International Business also from Ashland University in 2008. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Brandon currently lives in Twinsburg, with his wife, Amanda, their daughter Emily, and their dog Dolly.

As a Client Services Associate, Colleen handles all the day-to-day office administration duties with efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. She schedules and sets appointments, assists with many client requests, and keeps everyone and the entire office organized and productive. She also plans and coordinates clients' communications and plans all company client events. She always ensures you feel like part of the Elios Financial Group family. Because you are.
Colleen grew up in Westlake and now resides in West Park with her husband, Dan. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, and keeping up with her reading in her Book Club.

Jim is founder and CEO of Elios Financial Group, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Registered Representative of Private Client Services, broker-dealer.

As a Client Services Associate, Kim will handle managing the onboarding of new clients and aiding with account maintenance. She will also help with client meeting prep, reviewing, and processing client paperwork and virtual forms, and she will oversee money movement and fund transfers. Kim loves to interact with clients and get to know them on a personal level.
Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cleveland State University majoring in Human Resources. She has extensive experience working with Charles Schwab, she came to Elios after working at two other local financial firms. She was fortunate to be home with her kids for fifteen years before she got back into the workforce and has been in the financial field ever since.
Kim is originally from Cleveland and resides in Olmsted Falls with her husband and three of her four children. In her spare time, she enjoys vacationing with her family and spending as much time with them as possible. Kim always says that life is better on the beach and tries to get to one a few times a year!

Tarra serves as the Elios Financial Operations Associate and Client Services Coordinator. Tarra manages all client operations and ensures that all financial plans, investment accounts, and client requests are handled and maintained in a highly organized manner.
Tarra has extensive experience as an administrative professional. Upon graduation from Bowling Green State University, she worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Westlake, OH as a Management Trainee. She then moved to Pittsburgh, PA, and spent over 2 years in the recruiting industry. While working in staffing, Tarra was responsible for evaluating the hiring needs of clients and sourcing, prescreening, and recruiting candidates that meet the qualifications.
Tarra is originally from Westlake, and recently purchased her first home in North Olmsted with her boyfriend. She is an avid Cleveland Indians fan and enjoys spending her free time at the Metroparks with her dog, Dante.
