The Employee Queers & Allies League (EQuAL) is comprised of faculty, staff, graduate students, and administration of OSU, all branch campuses, and affiliated institutions. We believe that campuses and communities are enriched by the diversity of LGBTQ+ individuals and are willing to assist individuals in accessing support and resources on campus and in the community... Our mission is to establish through our presence and visibility, a safe, supportive and equitable environment for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, allied, and other inclusive (LGBTQA+) employees and students of OSU... Our department provides seminars, workshop courses and other activities that afford students, staff, faculty and community members with opportunities to broaden their perspectives regarding differences and notions of inclusion.
