Demonstrating a robust ability to manage end-to-end P&Ls and lead large cross-functional teams, Anita has driven revenues exceeding $600M annually. Her prior roles include serving as Senior Vice President at Wipro's Services with global responsibilities and as Vice President-Global Technology, Products and Markets at Flex, where she played a key role in operationalizing Flextronics' Open Innovation Platform. Anita brings her rich technical expertise and business acumen across multiple markets to our board.

As an investment banker, he has over a decade of experience helping to build companies and raise capital. He is a graduate of Memorial University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary.
Eric has more than 20 years of experience leading innovations in all facets of automotive power electronics. He spent 15 years with International Rectifiers Automotive and most recently was the senior engineer at KSR International, a global manufacturer of automotive power technologies and products. Eric is a graduate of the engineering school of the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.

Frank Simpkins is an accomplished board member with a robust history in the industrial and automotive sectors. His proficiency in Operations Management, Managerial Finance, Strategic Planning, and Business Process Improvement has been honed over the course of a successful career. Coupled with his expertise in Accounting, Frank leverages his comprehensive business development acumen to deliver measurable results. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
With over 12 years of public and private experience, Mr Meekison is a career CFO. As an investment banker, he has over 15 years experience raising equity capital. He is a CPA, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Investment Manager, and Professional Logistician, and holds a BA from University of British Columbia.
Copes brings to Exro robust technical expertise and vast knowledge of the mobility industry. He spent 19 years at Harley-Davidson in several commercial and operations executive positions and served as Royal Enfield's North American division president. Copes has a proven track record for differentiating brand portfolios and commercializing mobility businesses in national and global markets. More recently, Copes served as Chief Operating Officer for American electric vehicle ("EV") automaker Rivian, growing the team from a few hundred to thousands of employees globally leading up to the company's listing on the Nasdaq. Copes is a passionate entrepreneur and has a special interest in lending his well-informed industry acumen to new ventures and emerging start-ups. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
Simon has amassed over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, excelling in all aspects of development programs, manufacturing planning, process improvement, and quality control. He has led the installation of a high quality multi-million-dollar assembly line and worked on development and introduction of silicon technologies in power modules. His core skills in automated manufacturing assembly processes include vacuum reflow, inline chemical washing, and ribbon / wire bonding.
One of the world's proven leaders in the innovation and manufacturing of electric motors, Sue has nine years of accomplishments at General Electric, acting as CCO and the CEO of GE's Small Industrial Motors Division, overseeing the division's North American and International markets - ultimately building the division into a 160 million enterprise.
Terence Johnsson has 35 years of professional experience at top levels of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. Terence officially retired as Vice President from Audi AG in 2019, where he led the corporate P&L Overseas Sales Division and Globalization Strategic Initiative to operating profitability of $1 Billion while entering emerging markets with new engineered products. Prior to his tenure with Audi AG, Terence led America's Sales Division for Volkswagen to 1.5x earnings growth. Terence began his career with General Motors in Detroit, Michigan.
