Our mission is to introduce people to a new dimension of the kombucha experience: offering our signature style of kombucha products that are both very pleasant and beneficial (through the probiotics, enzymes, etc. that are present in the brews)... Fast forward several years, we began brewing kombucha commercially out of a food facility we rented. We continued doing so for about a year until we reached absolute fermentation capacity. That marked a pivotal moment for our company when we expanded and began construction on our dedicated craft kombucha facility, which we completed and opened in the summer of 2014... Since our inception as a company, our focus has remained on staying true to our local roots and growing sustainably/responsibly.
