Founded in 1978 by John Harnly, P.E., Foundation Design, P.C. is a professional corporation located in Rochester, New York. During the first 20 years, Our Firm maintained steady slow growth, increasing from a sole proprietor to a staff of six people. In 2001, ownership of Foundation Design, P.C. transitioned to in-house staff members James Baker, P.E. and Jeffrey Netzband, P.E. Services have expanded from geotechnical engineering consultation to include geotechnical instrumentation, in-house lab testing services, vibration monitoring, and SWPPP inspections...
