Cameron Marshall

Cam's high-energy approach will motivate your team to strive for greater achievement. As a veteran sales professional he knows what it takes to succeed in tough times and in any size market. When he left the psychology program at TRU he began his sales career in the automotive industry in 1999. Through the mentorship of the team at Automotivaters, with a drive for success and a commitment to continuous personal development, he became a 9 year member of Honda's prestigious Counsel of Sales Leadership and was one of the top achievers in the country. While serving as a sales manager, Cam found a passion for leading salespeople and management teams to develop the skills for success. Cam became a student of leadership and success. He began attending countless leadership conferences with keynote speakers like John Maxwell. It is the passion for leading that lead him to leave a successful 12 year career and join the team at Fusion Performance Group and Automotivaters. Since 2011, Cam's leadership has helped companies throughout the world create significant increases in profit. He has managed and co-managed record breaking Event Sales around the world, and helped companies to increase closing ratios up to 300%!

Chris Dudenas

Chris Dudenas' varied experience in Professional Training began as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces where he led courses in new recruit training, leadership and instructional technique. He then very successfully transitioned into Training, Coaching and Selling in the private sector including roles in Software, Financial Services, and Resource Extraction industries. Broad customer-facing business experience has left Chris with a crystal clear vision of the immense value that positive change can bring to an organization. A recent project saw Chris working with students in seven different national offices for one of the world's largest energy companies to improve how they engage with communities and partners. A member of the Fusion team since 2005; Chris delivers compelling programs that give students practical tools and motivates them to take action towards personal and organizational goals. Chris and his family take every opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Canadian West Coast and have called Victoria home since 1995. He is also very active in high-performance sailboat racing where he trains and competes in a variety of classes at both the local and international levels

Dan Leboe

Dan has had a lifelong career in the Automotive Industry starting in 1975. His knowledge spans sales, sales management, business office, fixed operations and dealer principal positions. He began his career as a retail automotive sales consultant in 1975. In 1980 his brothers opened an additional Toyota dealership location and hired Dan to open and develop the new location over 16 years. The dealership's growth was strong, consistently outperforming the market share numbers by up to three times the national average while maintaining exceptional used-to-new ratios. The right people doing the right things make it happen. He credits his success to having a dedicated staff and the exceptional training provided to his team. "Being trained by Automotivaters was a game-changer. Our new structure gave us a significant edge over our competition. It allowed us to attain greater market shares with a significant increase in gross average and high customer satisfaction, developing a more professional approach and increasing our personal accountability for our performance." In 1996 Dan sold his interests in the dealership to family members and made a long-planned move to Vernon, BC. Dan was sought after by Automotivaters as one who believed in all the core philosophies and walked the talk. Dan joined Automotivaters in 1997 and then bought 50% of the company. He has been training and consulting in the automotive and financial services industries ever since. In 2000 Dan and Warren Cederberg purchased 100% of the Shares in ISI/PAL Automotivaters and have grown the business internationally and continue its expansion today. As a dealer focused on improvement, Dan and his brothers recognized the need for more effective floor traffic management systems. They co-developed software to meet the need of the most progressive automotive dealerships. This was industry-leading software with a different way of measuring performance, and designed, developed, and tested the software over a period of ten years. After acquiring the software company with his son Riley in 2010, they continue to develop the platform under SalesSmart Systems Inc. Their understanding of customer database management and unique measurement systems significantly benefits the dealer, with staff skill development, effort management, and volume increases in mind. Dan's dealership knowledge is all-encompassing, and he provides leadership in sales, fixed operations, and all levels of management training. Dan is one of our most senior training consultants working internationally with many of the highest-profile and most proactive dealers and financial institutions. In 2021 Dan led the development of the Well-being in the Workplace program offered by the Fusion Performance Group. "Well-being in the Workplace is a game-changer and has been overlooked by many corporations worldwide. Our goal was to give people a solid understanding of accumulated stress at work and home and how they better take control of their outcomes. The knowledge and skills shared have positively impacted job enjoyment, staff retention and individual performance."

Greg Andrews

Greg Andrews has been a highly successful sales professional since 1980. He brings to the Fusion Performance Group team 30 years experience as a Disability, Life, Investment and Benefits Insurance Broker. Greg delivers on the Fusion Performance promise of hands on, in the trenches experience in sales and coaching. Our clients appreciate how Greg's consultative and relationship building approach to Insurance Services can be applied to many of the sales positions within the financial services industry. Greg is a 22-year director of the Quesnel & District Chamber of Commerce as well as a newly appointed director to Quesnel Economic Development Corp. and is an active member of the Rotary Sunshine Club. Greg makes his home in Quesnel, BC with his wife of 27 years Judy. Their two girls attend UCC in Kamloops, BC. For fun, Greg rodeos as an amateur team roper. He is blessed with a golf handy cap of 28 and hates the gym 6 days a week.

Teresa Cederberg

Teresa has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria, and is a certified medical transcriptionist. A Victoria native, she has worked as a registered nurse in diverse settings, and along that path discovered a talent for seeing issues from different perspectives while appreciating the bigger picture. As a successful clinical trials research nurse Teresa discovered a keen interest in project management, and a natural predisposition for attention to detail which proved invaluable when managing research projects. In her role as an educator at a not-for-profit health organization, Teresa discovered a passion for counselling and providing essential information to others. She is a strong believer that knowledge is a powerful tool that can transform decisions, behavior, and life. As a result of her unique collection of education, jobs, and interests, Teresa brings impressive organizational, research, editing, and project management skillsets to the role of Administrative Assistant at Fusion Performance Group. Having lived most of her life in the British Columbia, Teresa now lives in Victoria, BC with her husband, and enjoys gardening, playing her piano, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Warren has successfully built an international client base and helped refine the customer experience for such high-profile retail networks as BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Lexus, Hyundai, and Toyota.
