Our major operational activities are overhauling & hydrotesting of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Columns maintenance & Column Revamping also, Coolers, Heaters & all types of Valves. We have developed precision skills on Ethylene Oxide Reactors and almost all companies in India are engaging / entrusting Gayatri for Opening and Boxing up of Reactors including Unloading and Loading of catalyst i.e. Catalyst change out of Reactor including surface preparation of Reactor Tubes, Tube Sheet etc. with Alumina Oxide Grit / Silica Quartz Grit Blasting. Surface preparation is done at least to SA 2 level as per ISO 8500 (1-5) to reduce Aldehyde formation and there after it is followed..
