Cherie has trained in and uses extensive couples and relationship models, attachment theory and attachment repair, family systems therapy, Hakomi (Body Centred Psychotherapy and Mindfulness), trauma treatment models and techniques, CBT, MBT and ACT... Cherie enjoys all aspects of her psychological practice and also offers individual therapy for adults. She has special interest and experience in treating the effects of trauma and working with adults healing the scars of earlier difficult life experiences. She has experience working with a range of areas including: relationships, sex and sexuality, narcissism recovery, fertility problems, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life planning and life transitions.
