Mr. Hankey is an owner of Hankey Law, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota District and Federal Court as well as Minnesota District Court. He practices primarily in criminal defense and family law. He was raised in Fargo, ND, and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a bachelor's degree in communications. In 2003, he earned a juris doctor from Western State University. Mr. Hankey currently resides in Harwood, ND, with his wife, Kelsey, his son, and their dog. Mr. Hankey is currently serving as Mayor for the city of Harwood.

Ms. Henderson graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate's degree in criminal justice. She attended the Lake Region Police Academy in 2010. Ms. Henderson received her paralegal certificate from the University of North Dakota in 2018. Ms. Henderson works primarily in the area of criminal defense and serves as Mr. Blake Hankey's paralegal in this capacity. Ms. Henderson was raised in Grand Forks, ND, where she currently resides with her son.
