Deanna joined Hazard Financial in 2009. She is passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients. She is actively involved with tax preparation for individuals, systematically reviews the progress of all transactions for our investment clients, and facilitates 1031 exchanges while working with the most reputable DST sponsors in the industry. Her office support is invaluable.
Deanna is an Enrolled Agent, a California Notary Public, and is Licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. She holds securities licenses for Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (NASAA-Uniform Combined State Law Exam) with Avantax Advisory Services SM and is insurance licensed in California in the lines of life, accident, health, and annuities.

Jennifer has worked at Hazard Financial since 1983. She is our team's Wealth Management Specialist, working closely with Victor in the design, implementation and monitoring of our clients' wealth management plans.
Jennifer is an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR), Registered Representative and Certified Senior Advisor. She holds securities licenses for Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (NASAA-Uniform Combined State Law Exam) with Avantax Advisory Services SM and is insurance licensed in California in the lines of life, accident, health, and annuities.
JoAnn has worked at Hazard Financial since 1989. She is a partner in Hazard, Iwai and Associates-the company's tax firm. Prior to 1989, JoAnn was the controller of a real estate development and construction business, a real estate brokerage company and an escrow company.
JoAnn is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA). She specializes in construction and property development clients as well as medical practices and physicians. She performs audits, tax planning and complicated tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.
She holds Series 6 and Series 63 security licenses and is a registered representative with Avantax Investment Services(SM). She is experienced in the implementation and administration of retirement plans. Her devotion to her clients is unparalleled.

Victor is the chief executive of Hazard Financial. Based on his belief that all financial decisions must support the overall financial goals, he provides a wide range of investment, tax and other financial services.
Consistently a Top Producer for Avantax Investment Services SM, Victor holds four securities licenses in several states. He is also a recognized expert in all facets of taxation. He was Director of Taxes for International Rectifier Corporation, a NYSE Company, a Supervisor at Touche Ross & Co. and a Senior Tax Specialist with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.
Victor is a licensed CPA in New York (since 1968) and California (since 1970). He has spoken before many groups on a variety of provocative investment and tax subjects and many of his innovative ideas have been published in leading industry periodicals.
