Our teachers are chosen with the individual classroom and children in mind. All members of our staff meet or exceed the qualifications mandated by the state of North Carolina. In addition, the teachers complete an orientation program and attend continuing education programs. Heritage Children's Academy also provides two professional development in-service days each year... We are proud to be a part of Premier Early Childhood Education Partners. They work to improve the lives of staff, children, and families through a network of safe, fun, curriculum-focused early education centers. This gives us, at HCA, access to more resources.
