Casey Norkett was elected to serve as president of the board of directors in September 2021. He has served as missions pastor at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte since February 2015. Previously, Casey and his family served with the International Mission Board. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing his doctorate in missions and evangelism from Southeastern. Casey and his wife, Amber, have four children.

Jason Miller has served as pastor of Dutch Cove Missionary Baptist Church in Canton since 2013. Miller has served as a member of the state convention's board of directors and on the Evangelism and Discipleship Committee. He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Miller and his wife, Megan, have three children.

Micheal Pardue has served as pastor of First Baptist Church Icard in Connelly Springs since 2013. Previously, Pardue served as the state convention's first vice president, and has also served in other places of convention leadership. He holds degrees from Gardner-Webb, North Greenville University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pardue is a native of Taylorsville, N.C., and he and his wife, Rachel, have four sons and three daughters.

Quintell Hill serves as lead pastor of Multiply Community Church in Monroe, N.C., a church he planted in 2019. Hill is a Chicago native, but spent most of his childhood in Hueytown, Ala. He is a graduate of the University of Mobile in Mobile, Ala., and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Hill and his wife, Christie, have two children who God has blessed them with through the gift of adoption.

Zeb Cook serves as lead pastor of Apex Baptist Church in Apex, N.C. In 2021, he served as chairman of the N.C. Baptist Budget Special Committee. Previously, Cook pastored in his home state of Florida. He was born in Gainesville, Florida, and was raised in a rural farm community called Newberry. Cook played college baseball and is an avid outdoorsman. He married his wife, Dayna, in 2005, and the Cooks have three children.
