We have two kids, ages 8 (Cameron) and 5 (Suzanna). You will most likely see them around the office from time to time. We are a family oriented business and hope to, at the very least, pass down to our children (among other things) that good things come from hard work and dedication. We actively farm alfalfa hay on Rob's family farm in our "spare" time, participate in local community events, and 100% realize how awesome it is to live out here. Close enough to the city, but far enough away... We do not have a typical office front. We practice in the middle of the country, surrounded by Rob's ancestral farm land handed down from generation to generation. Our office, the "Ireland Homestead", is the Century Farm front and has been in his family for over 100 years. The history that surrounds our firm and the land on which it sits means something to us and we hope that it is a visual reminder to us each day how fortunate we are to be able to work and live in this magnificent community.....
