Bobby G. Hawkins has a past in athletics that has inspired his compassion for victims of injury If you've been seriously injured, you need strong legal representation. Attorney Bobby G. Hawkins understands this better than most. Bobby joined Irpino, Avin & Hawkins Law Firm in 2011 to work on personal injury cases. Bobby was an outstanding athletic scholar, an experience that has inspired his compassion for victims of serious injury. While earning his history degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Bobby led the tennis team while winning the PACE award for academic excellence three times. He is also a member the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society and received the John Moore Award for outstanding achievement in his history curriculum. At Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Bobby was the intramural athlete of the year in 2006, playing basketball, flag football, and softball. In 2008, Bobby's tennis team won the USTA National Championships in Tucson, Arizona. Bobby's athletic interests make him particularly sensitive to the rights of persons and businesses adversely affected by undue harm. Dustin L. Poché

Dustin L. Poché was born and raised in the greater New Orleans area. After attending Jesuit High School, he graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007. Dustin remained in Baton Rouge for three more years, graduating Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center in 2010. Thereafter, he returned to New Orleans and spent two and a half years as an Orleans Parish Assistant District Attorney, gaining invaluable courtroom and trial experience. Dustin began his career in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury litigation, which includes litigation in both state and federal courts. In order to enhance his legal expertise and sharpen his litigation skills, Dustin participated in the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) Building Trial Skills and Deposition Skills training. Dustin has also received Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV Preeminent rating and has been selected to the Louisiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for 2019 and 2020. Dustin is admitted to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas, and he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. Kacie F. Gray

Kacie F. Gray joined Irpino, Avin & Hawkins in 2016, bringing with her an expertise and passion for personal injury actions, products liability litigation, and civil rights. In doing so with compassion and professional care, Ms. Gray not only represents personal injury clients, but empowers them as she navigates complex litigation on their behalf. Kacie is a graduate of Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she earned both a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. In addition to receiving her law degree, Kacie also received a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University's Flores M.B.A. Program. While attending law school, she was privileged to serve as Vice President of the LSU Law Moot Court Board and Graduate Editor for the Journal of Civil Law Studies, wherein she received an international publication. Kacie has been recognized as an outstanding oral advocate by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and has received numerous awards for her appellate advocacy skills. Lindsey M. Arnold

Lindsey M. Arnold joined Irpino, Avin, & Hawkins in 2022, and focuses her legal practice on personal injury and general insurance claims, including: automobile accidents, wrongful death claims, hurricane storm damage, premises liability, and product liability. She represents clients with the knowledge and compassion needed to navigate them through this complex time in their life. Lindsey was born and raised in the New Orleans area. After attending Dominican High School, she graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2012 with a Masters in Business Administration. Lindsey then graduated from Loyola University's New Orleans College of Law in 2015 with her Juris Doctorate. Thereafter, she began practicing mainly personal injury with other solo practitioners while also beginning to focus on health and fitness. Since joining Irpino, Avin, & Hawkins, Lindsey has focused her efforts on the representation of individuals and residents within her local community and throughout the State of Louisiana. Outside of her legal work helping her clients become whole, she owns and operates a fitness facility on the Westbank. Louise C. Higgins

Louise Crouchet Higgins brings to Irpino, Avin & Hawkins Law Firm a respected reputation as a fighter for human rights and justice. Since joining us in 2009, Louise has concentrated on solving complex personal injury cases as well as mass tort actions. Born in the Crescent City, Louise received her undergraduate degree in management from Our Lady of Holy Cross College (now known as University of Holy Cross). Pearl A. Robertson

Pearl Robertson is a partner at Irpino Avin & Hawkins based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her practice focuses on mass tort and/or class action litigation, including products liability, consumer class action, drug and device litigation, and public nuisance. Most of her work relates to pre-trial discovery matters, including ESI disputes, confidentiality challenges, and privilege negotiations and challenges.
