Joseph Plascencia is President of JP Tech Insurance Services, Inc., in partnership with its global affiliates. Drawing from his years of experience in the insurance business, he directs all insurance policy marketing, technical analysis, and customer relations activities for all commercial and professional insurance activities, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, M&A Reps & Warranties, Crime, Kidnap Ransom, and Errors & Omissions policies. Mr. Plascencia began his career in the Professional Liability arena in 1991 with Chubb Group of Insurance in Los Angeles, CA. In 1997, Mr. Plascencia worked as an Expatriate Manager with Chubb in the Caribbean office, while there he built the D&O/Professional Liability insurance infrastructure. At Chubb, he managed the Executive Protection Practice and the Department of Financial Institutions before joining the brokerage side of the business with Aon Corporation Financial Services Group in Los Angeles and London through an exchange program at Lloyds of London. Prior to JP Tech Insurance Services, Inc., Joseph was Vice-President of a Willis Insurance Intermediary. Mr. Plascencia is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has served as a member of the USC Board of Governors and as an executive member of the USC Trojan Board of Directors. He is a Dean member of the Marshall School of Business and the USC Associates. Mr. Plascencia is a member of several business and civic organizations, including The Dedeaux Foundation where he serves as a board member. He is Founder of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and member of its Board of Overseers. He is also Founder of the USC Galen Center and Committee member of the USC Cardinal & Gold.
