I am a qualified Counsellor, a Certified Transactional Analyst, an Embodied Relational Therapist, a Wild Therapist, and UKCP Registered Psychotherapist. I have a private clinical practice near Goudhurst (West Kent), and have been working as a Therapist for over 18 years. The clients in my practice cover a broad age range - from adolescents to the elderly - and are from a mix of social and ethnic backgrounds, genders and sexual orientation... My approach to Therapy is Integrative, in that my choice of intervention with each client will depend on my assessment of their individual needs at that time. I make use of Transactional Analysis - TA - models and concepts, and also inform my practice through my knowledge of Gestalt, Transpersonal, CBT, Body Psychotherapy, and Relational theory/practice... My experience with clients is very broad, including such issues as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, PTSD, phobias, low self esteem, relationship issues, anger management, eating..
