He has cross functional experience in the field of International Taxation, Information Technology and system design, compensation structuring, indirect tax compliances. Her long association with the world of education helped her in developing core skills in mentoring and human development. She is heading the HR and Administration of KBG. She is instrumental in achieving the ISO certification for the organization

She is involved in advising clients in Compliance Management, Advising Businesses on related Employment issues, and relating to Corporate Governance and applicable Laws and Regulations. She is involved in drafting petitions, replies, and opinions for the client. She is part of the team which is regularly involved in high stake litigation and arbitrations.

He earned reputation and maturity during his long experience as CFO of major multinational companies. He led team of Finance, HR function and Employees Compensation module for large companies. Tanmoy Prasad, (ME, PMP) has around 25years' experience in the field of Information Technology. He has been managing IT projects for more than 12 years primarily in communication and finance domain covering all aspects of an IT project i.e., infrastructure, application, security, disaster recovery etc. He has experience in working with private, semi government and government organizations. In last few years he has worked in advisory role with various central and state government departments and worked on various prestigious projects.
