Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - having over 40 years continual experience practising within the Bideford area. Being locally born and bred and originally trained and qualified with another local firm before starting own practice in 1982. Kevin trains with the Vets at Bideford Rugby Club and is a regular face in the crowd at both home and away games for the Bideford 1st team.

Having moved to the area as a teenager Neil has worked for different Estate Agents within the North Devon area, including Bideford, Torrington and llfracombe, before joining Brights in 2005. Neil has almost 30 years Estate Agency experience locally. Neil is married with 2 grown up children, his son is diving into his new full time teaching life after completing university and his daughter is just starting her higher education. In his spare time he is Captain of his beloved Skittles team and is an avid supporter of Aston Villa.
Started working life in Estate Agency over 30 years ago and now vastly experienced within the property industry. Sally enjoys her busy family life and walking her dog all over the Bideford area, whether it's before work in the rain or in the height of summer.
Continuing the Family tradition. Before joining the business in 2007, Simon graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a HND in Marketing Management and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Strategic Business Management. Away from work Simon is a keen supporter of Bideford Rugby Club and is enjoying the beginning of his married life.
