Donelle Hauser is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Lad Lake, Inc. located in Wisconsin serving over 1,000 youth and families each year through residential treatment, alternative education and community-based services. Donelle joined Lad Lake, Inc. in 2015 as Chief Program Officer, implementing best practices, building a team focused on continuous improvement, impact and authentic connections.
Prior, Donelle served as Vice President of Residential Services in one of New York state's largest child serving agencies. Donelle received earned her M.S.W. at the State University of New York and her B.S. in Psychology from Gordon College in MA.
Donelle serves on several state and national committees including Social Current, Executive Leadership Institute board member and Association of Children's Residential and Community Services executive board, Equity committee chair. Previous roles include School Board member, President of a State Juvenile Detention Association, Wisconsin's Department of Children and Youth Advocacy to improve the Juvenile Justice System founding partner.

Judy Rich joined Lad Lake in 2016. She has extensive financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, grant management and strategic planning with over 30 years' experience in the nonprofit sector. Judy holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management.

Laura has been in Human Resources for over 20 years and has gained her experience from working in the non-profit and the corporate sectors. She is currently the Director of Human Resources for Lad Lake, Inc. where she oversees the human capital solutions for 300+ employees. Laura has her undergraduate from Drake University and holds a Masters in Management from University Wisconsin Milwaukee.
