KING-MERRITT COMMUNITY

King-Merritt is a community of one-acre homes located just over the Westchester, NY border in Greenwich, CT. It is named for its two major boundaries - King Street to the South and West; and the Merrit Parkway to the South and East. The streets of King-Merritt are Blind Brook Lane, Bowman Drive North & South, Choctaw Lane, East Lawn Lane, Hettiefred Road, Mansion Place, Stonehedge Drive North and South, Heather Lane, and Willow Run Road... King-Merritt was established in 1952 on a portion of the estate owned by the former hotel executive John McEntee Bowman.
