Lease 2 Own is an innovative new property ownership structure that brings the reality of owning commercial and industrial property to businesses and individuals who previously would have only considered renting the premises they occupy... Lease 2 Own offers a 25% equity share upfront to any prospective tenant that enters into a five-year agreement to lease premises in any of the Group's new developments. Thereafter, a number of options are available for the owner/tenant to acquire additional equity in the property, in minimum tranches of 5%, whilst always having the option to purchase the property outright.
