Associate Lea Lail Gragg, CPA, brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the firm. After working as a data entry clerk with another local CPA firm, Lea graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an accounting major in 1996. Lea joined the general services staff of McGladrey LLP in 1999 but left the firm to join Sara Lynn at her new practice. Sara Lynn Little and Lea Lail Gragg are also members of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of CPA's (NCACPA). Sara Lynn Little is also a member of the Shelby Breakfast Rotary where she's served as past secretary and past treasurer. Both fulfill their CPA certification requirements by completing 40 hours of continuing education each year.

Molly Dellinger graduated from North Carolina State University with double majors in Accounting and Business Administration. She also obtained her Masters in Accounting from NC State. After graduation, she worked with a regional accounting firm before joining the practice in 2016.
