LISMORAHAUN SINGERS

The Lismorahaun Singers is a unique choir based in North Clare on the west coast of Ireland. We are a non-auditioned choir of amateur singers who like to take on challenging works and to share the joy of singing with our community... The musical direction of the Lismorahaun Singers is focused to embrace the ‘open singing' method and advocates that it be embraced and practiced by the leaders and conductors within the choir thus passing on enthusiasm, a tradition that has in large part resulted in the unique sound of the Lismorahaun choir... We create choral music because we love to sing. It is our wish to enjoin the whole of our community in song and to extend the boundaries of that singing as far as we can reach across the world.
