Adam J. Long

Adam Long is a partner of Long & Long and the third generation of Long lawyers serving Westmoreland County. Continuing Long & Long's stellar legal reputation, Adam focuses his practice on personal injury and accident litigation, estate planning and administration, real estate law and business formation and advisement services. An innovator who simultaneously upholds the high standards of legal professionalism and integrity established by his family, Adam is known by his peers for his skill, both inside and outside the courtroom. A strong believer that a lawyer is a counselor above all else, Adam promises attentive and responsive service for his clients. He's committed to providing comprehensive legal services and passionate about getting it right - every time, for every client. Active in both the Pennsylvania and Westmoreland bar associations, Adam participates in the WBA's Membership, Capital Campaign and Executive Director Search committees. He's devoted to community outreach activities outside the legal community as well, serving on the Franklin Regional Panther Foundation and the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County. Adam clerked for the Honorable Joseph Hudock of the Pennsylvania Superior Court while completing his studies at William and Mary School of Law. He earned an MBA in real estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. Adam lives in Squirrel Hill near Pittsburgh with his wife, Christen, and their sons, Barrett and Alexander. He enjoys golfing, watching Penguins hockey and spending time with his family.

Nicole M. Pardus

An energetic force in the local legal community, Nicole M. Pardus focuses her practice on trust and estate planning, estate administration, orphans' court litigation, and real estate law. She has been with Long & Long since 2016 and was promoted to partner in 2022. Nicole was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Just 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania are chosen for this selective list, which rates outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. Playing an active role in the Westmoreland Bar Association, Nicole is part of the Membership Committee and serves as chair of the Women in Law Committee, which provides support for the 130 women members and strives to benefit the personal and professional development of all members of the organization. In the local community, she is involved with Summit Legal Aid, a nonprofit organization providing free civil legal services to qualified low-income clients in six counties in western Pennsylvania, the Visionaries program of the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy Emerging Leaders Advisory Committee. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she served as a managing editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. She received the George Bloom Scholarship, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Federal Income Taxation and the Law School Community Service Award for her work teaching constitutional law to high school students in the Pittsburgh area.

Wesley T. Long

One of Westmoreland County's foremost and respected lawyers, Wesley T. Long's practice concentrates on personal injury and accident litigation, municipal law, and oil and gas leases. Founder and partner of Long & Long, Wesley brings extensive trial and courtroom experience to the firm, including numerous jury and nonjury trials and appellate work before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth courts. Wesley has participated in the Westmoreland Bar Association for more than four decades, serving a term as its president. Additionally, Wesley is a member and past president of the Westmoreland County Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Westmoreland American Inn of Court. Highly regarded by clients and peers alike, he is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell's® peer review process, listed in the Bar Register for Preeminent Lawyers and was voted best lawyer in Westmoreland County nine times by the readers of the Tribune-Review. Wesley currently serves as the solicitor for the Township of Washington, the Borough of Export, the Municipal Authority of Washington Township and the Franklin Township Municipal Sanitary Authority. A Westmoreland County native, Wesley graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Duquesne Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Family Law. After law school, he joined the Greensburg firm of Fisher, Long & Rigone with his father, B. Earnest Long, before founding Long & Long LLC. Wesley and his wife, Patty, live in Export. They share three children, Cassandra, Ashley and Adam, a third-generation lawyer at the firm, and are grandparents to Barrett and Alex. Wes enjoys golfing, hunting and spending time with his family.
