Derek is a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Installer. He is our full time installer and also manages our Hunter Douglas Authorized Repair Program. He can install anything and repair almost any Hunter Douglas product/some non-Hunter Douglas products. As Jacqui's brother-in-law, he is another family member brought in to make sure each client has a satisfying experience. Customers are always calling to praise Derek.
Lucy is a part-time employee and has almost been grandfathered in as a member of the family. Her eye for color and knack for picking the most perfect fabrics for our clients makes her an irreplaceable part of the company. Also, her friendly personality and demeanor makes customers feel instantly at ease when working with her.

Duke is a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Installer. He holds many certifications, including Journeyman I & II, Master Level I & II, Advanced ESI Training, and Shutter Training. While most clients don't know what all the certifications mean, they do know Duke is definitely your man when it comes to installing everything from drapes to motorized shutters and shades. He has seen almost any kind of window there is and has found a way to add the perfect window treatment. He is also great with color and helping you pick the right product.
