Kousha is a Founder and Managing Director of Long Trail Leadership. Following an acquisition he will join the senior management team of the acquired company and will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Kousha has years of operating experience in financial services and business development. Prior to founding LTL, Kousha evaluated and executed investment strategies for Lee Munder Capital Group, a $5B wealth management company based in Boston. Kousha has also worked as Business Development Associate in the technology sourcing department of Samsung Mobile America. Kousha has founded two companies: one establishing a medical school knowledge base, and another creating a network of college tutors.
Kousha earned an MBA from MIT Sloan Business School and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College. He was born and raised in Boston, enjoys a round of golf, and is an avid football fan.
