Chung Mong Won , 62-year-old, has been as an executive director of our company since March 2017. Now, as a chairman of Halla Group, He conducts duty of representative director of 'Halla' and executive director of 'Mando'. Since entering Halla Group in 1978, He have fulfilled many tasks working for main companies of Halla Group like Mando Machinery, Halla Climate Control and Halla Engineering & Construction. Since 2013, he also has served as the head of Korea Ice Hockey Association(KIHA).
Director Kim Man Young who is 58 years old has been as a non-executive director of our company since December 2017. After graduating in accounting from University of Seoul, he has built up his career in the finance field such as Halla Corporation, Halla Cement and Mando Korea for over 30 years. From March 2008 to June 2015, he had worked as a head of Financial Management Department of Mando Korea. And from July 2015 to October 2017, he had served as a leader of Ethical Department of Halla Group. He has been acting as the Chief of Finance (CFO) of Mando Korea, since November 2017. He is responsible for attending the Board of Directors' meeting to perform his duty as a member, but is not involved in daily business operation.

Mr. Choi, Sang Tai, aged 61, is our independent non-executive Director. Mr. Choi has been a visiting professor at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology since August 2011. Mr. Choi served in various positions in Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, an accounting firm, from September 1981 to August 2011, including senior executive partner.
Mr. Noh, Jae Man, aged 67, is our independent non-executive director. Mr. Noh was the China Strategy Advisor of Hyundai Motors Group from August 2015 to October 2016. Mr. Noh is a specialist of Chinese automobile industry as he was CEO of Beijing Hyundai Motor Corp. (BHMC) and a Vice president at Hyundai Motors Group from 2004 to 2011, and served as the Executive specialized at Chinese region at Hyundai Motors and BHMC. Since Mr. Noh joined Hyundai Motors in 1975, he served as various positions, including a staff of the quality management team of Hyundai Motors and the plant manager of Hyundai Motors Asan Plant in Korea, to 1998.
Mr. Rhee Nam Uh, aged 53, is our independent non-executive Director. Now, he is also a visiting professor of Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies. Mr. Rhee had been Managing Director, Head of Equities Account Management and Corporate Access, Asia ex-Japan Global Markets in Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited from 2013 to 2016, and served Deputy president in Taurus Investment & Securities, a financial service firm from 2011 to 2013, Mr. Rhee served in various positions at Merrill Lynch, a financial services firm, including managing director and head of Asia small-cap research and country representative for research. Mr. Rhee served as founder and chief investment officer in Rhee Capital, a financial services firm, from 2002 to 2005, head of research and a member of the management committee in Samsung Securities, a financial services firm, from 1998 to 2002, vice president in J.P. Morgan, a financial services firm, from 1991 to 1993 and as an analyst in Daewoo Securities, a financial services firm, from 1988 to 1991
Mr. Shim, Sang Deok, aged 59, has been our representative director since August 2012 and is also currently serving as our chief executive officer. He is primarily responsible for the overall business development and strategic planning of our Group. He has over 4 years of experience in the automotive parts industry at Mando Korea, where Mr. Shim previously served in our Group as head of the PRC operations of Mando Korea from March 2008 until our establishment in August 2012. He served as a vice president in Halla Climate Control Corporation, an automotive climate control products manufacturer, from March 2007 to March 2008 and as head of the Shanghai office of Modine Korea LLC, a heat transfer product manufacturer, from September 2004 to April 2006. From December 1999 to September 2004, Mr. Shim held various positions as a Representative in the PRC operations of Winia Mando Inc., a household appliance manufacturer, and from March 1989 to December 1999, Mr. Shim held various positions as an employee in Mando Machinery Corporation.
Yi Seong-Kyou, 50-year-old, managing director joined our company as an executive director since September 2014 as well as CFO. He is responsible for general management, strategic planning, financial planning and reporting of our group, who has worked for Mando Korea over 20 years while experiencing automotive components industry as follows. From October 2013 to August 2014, he served as team manager in Global Strategy & Mainz Center Management Strategy Team of Mando Korea and from January 2010 to September 2013, as business management team manager and Global management corporate finance team manager. Through 2009 after accepted in 1991, he had experienced various jobs and positions as a member of Mando Korea.
