Matangi School is a rural primary school just minutes from Hamilton, catering to Years 1-6. Our vision is Empowering Learners, Whakamana Aakonga. Matangi School is a vibrant, community-centered primary school located just five minutes from the south-eastern side of Hamilton City. In 2025, we have a roll of just under 200 students across Years 0 to 6. Our school provides a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment where learners thrive... Matangi School is the heart of our rural and semi-urban community. We are supported by a committed Board, an enthusiastic Fundraising Group, and engaged parents and caregivers.
