I would qualify my training "bipolar" both in terms its contents and geographically: focus both on the Information Technology and the Humanities, it unfolds between Italy and France... I have increased experience in governance, development and Management of Business Units, piloting the team and Project Management at national and international level: my assertivity promotes dialogue and negotiation with people from heterogeneous background especially in the strategic decision-making and objectives set tracking. My ability allows me to be pragmatic in masterplans design who are based on the Enterprise guidelines. I proceeded to the optimization of the allocated budget to BU through three axes of development: distribution, allocation and targeted investment... I incremented the partnership through outsourcing, while controlling and making sure of the compliance about expected work.
