Engr. Rodora N. Gamboa is a former General Manager of Davao City Water District, Network Officer of the Philippine Capacity Building Network, adviser/past president of Philippine Watershed Management Coalition, adviser/past chair of Philippine Water Partnership, technical consultant of Philippine Association of Water Districts and current AguaJaring Chairman. Her 30 years of experience in the water industry were in the fields of IT, corporate planning, HR and general management. Ms. Gamboa is a Chemical Engineer with a Master in Environmental Planning. She has been with Maynilad Water Academy since its inception more than half a decade.
Engr. Rodora N. Gamboa served as resource speaker on the role of women in the water sector in the event organized by National Historical Commission - Museo El Deposito.
